Here you will find my personal reflections on transport, mobility. sustainability, and climate. Most of the content here will focus on the European Union – particularly Spain. All post will be written in English, aimed at the small niche of people interested in mobility in Spain, in English.

I have the privilege of working at the European Investment Bank as a Senior Transport Specialist. My work focuses, internally, on horizontal matters and, externally, of technical advisory. Every day, I engage with great people with even better ideas.

This Substack is my attempt to capture some of those ideas.

From time to time, I might argue a position strongly, even passionately, perhaps even vehemently... just to later realize that the issue was more complex or nuanced. So, it is possible that, by the time you read a post, may views may have evolved and the post might no longer represent even myself. I hope that some of that evolution might result from engaging with you.
